Upstate radio is a comissioned work out of the Noospheric Atlas for the transmission arts organization, free103point9, now Wave Farm. Upstate radio appeared in the show Transmittal (2012), curated by Galen Joseph-Hunter. Upstate radio shows all licensed AM/FM/TV protected contours along a swath of upstate NY, stretching from Buffalo to Albany.
